LIK Representative Participated in ACE²-EU Training on the Establishment of a Legal Entity in Gdańsk

On 26–27 February, Ingrida Bukantaitė, WP7 representative of Lietuvos Inžinerijos Kolegija HEI, participated in the ACE²-EU training “Towards Legal Entity”, held at the Medical University of Gdańsk (Poland).

The training focused on the establishment process of the ACE²-EU Alliance legal entity (AISBL), including its purpose, scope of activities, governance structure, and the required legal and organisational documentation. Discussions also addressed potential risks, challenges, and the key milestones leading to the formal establishment of the legal entity.

The training was funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the “Support for European Universities” programme.
