On 4–5 May, the ARIES Incubator strategic meeting took place in Ingolstadt, focusing on the coordination of the ARIES Incubator and defining its long-term direction within the ACE²-EU Alliance.

The meeting brought together institutional representatives to align a shared vision for the incubator network and its role in strengthening European cooperation in the fields of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Discussions focused extensively on the structuring and development of the ARIES Incubator to ensure sustainable cross-border collaboration between partner universities and coherence across all its activities.

Great attention was also given to governance and strategic alignment, particularly the incubator system’s ability to integrate both existing and newly emerging initiatives within the Alliance, with the aim of ensuring the long-term implementation of institutional objectives and the development of the wider ecosystem.

In addition, from 6–8 May, the ARIES Incubator Entrepreneurship Academy networking event took place, bringing together 35 students for practical activities aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration skills. The programme included inspiring expert sessions, entrepreneurship workshops, interactive discussions, and valuable networking opportunities with local entrepreneurs and the academic community.
