ACE²-EU: LIK Students Actively Participate In International Training Programmes

On 23–27 February 2026, students of Lietuvos Inzinerijos Kolegija HEI are participating in two intensive training programmes of the ACE²-EU Alliance in Spain and Portugal.

The programme “Active Aging in Urban Environments: Overcoming Barriers to Physical Activity” is taking place at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV, Spain). During the programme, students work in international teams to analyse the challenges of active ageing and promoting physical activity in urban environments, and to develop practical solutions.

At the same time, the winter school “Palliative Care” (Flavour School) is being organised by Instituto Politécnico de Santarém (IPSantarém, Portugal). The programme enables students to deepen their knowledge of palliative care principles, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ethical aspects of healthcare practice.
