On 27 April, a pilot ACE²-EU Social Impactors Knowledge Creation Team Workshop on Gender Equity took place at the Latvian Academy of Culture in Riga. The programme brought together students, academic staff, and external stakeholders from nine alliance universities to analyse challenges, share experiences, and shape directions for future collaboration.

The initiative is part of the SPACE Centre’s Social Impactors initiative, aimed at strengthening shared knowledge and addressing socio-economic challenges.

The first day focused on fostering an inclusive and safe working environment, encouraging intercultural and interdisciplinary collaboration. Participants discussed gender identity, self-expression, power dynamics, pay inequality, and employment. On the second day, international teams continued their work by developing practical solutions and project ideas.
