From 23 to 26 February 2026, staff members of Lietuvos Inžinerijos Kolegija HEI are participating in the ACE²-EU Alliance staff training, which is taking place at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid (Spain).

These international training activities are designed for higher education staff who seek to strengthen their competences in intercultural communication, inclusion, and support for international students.
Representatives from ACE²-EU Alliance universities work together on real academic and administrative scenarios, share good practices, and develop innovative solutions aimed at improving interaction between students and staff in culturally diverse environments.

On the first day, interactive activities, discussions, and the session “Building Bridges: Internationalisation as a Shared Mission” took place, highlighting internationalisation as a shared mission of the Alliance.
