On 4–5 May 2026, the ARIES Incubator Central Coordination and Support Office team held a face-to-face (F2F) meeting in Ingolstadt, Germany, bringing together key partners with a shared goal of aligning priorities and strengthening the overall direction of the Alliance. The meeting was attended by Research Coordinators and Entrepreneurship Leads, who discussed the development of programmes, the establishment of clear objectives, and the implementation of concrete action plans across the Alliance.
The main focus of the meeting was on strengthening collaboration and identifying practical solutions that would ensure the long-term impact of ARIES Incubator initiatives. During the discussions, partners reviewed strategic priorities and aligned on key initiatives, including the Entrepreneurship Academy and ARC programmes, while also agreeing on concrete actions for the coming months.
The meeting also resulted in the confirmation of key goals and KPIs aimed at measuring progress and impact. In addition, clear action plans were prepared for upcoming KCTW events, networking workshops, and other Alliance-wide activities.
This meeting served as an excellent example of how focused, collaborative work enables the transition from strategy to action. The ARIES Incubator team once again demonstrated that consistent planning, clear objectives, and active partner engagement create a strong foundation for further growth and innovation development.
ARIES Incubator continues to strengthen the ecosystem of innovation, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration by fostering new opportunities for partners and creating long-term impact across the Alliance.
