STUDY PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

 

The aim of this study program is to prepare metalworking machine tool operators capable of using various computer numerical control (CNC) devices, creating control programs, independently managing the manufacturing process of components, performing quality control, and carrying out the daily maintenance of equipment.

This program is tailored for students seeking to understand modern manufacturing technologies, including adaptive technologies—one of the most dynamically evolving and promising areas in the production industry. Students will gain competencies in 3D modeling, manufacturing process organization, and production management.

Students have the opportunity to study abroad according to LIK's approved "Implementation Procedure for the Erasmus+ Programme Project for Student and Staff Mobility in Higher Education Institutions."

Graduates can pursue careers in industrial companies in Lithuania or abroad, particularly in positions that require mechanical or technical expertise in manufacturing departments or production facilities.

 

 

Graduates may continue their studies at the college to obtain a Professional Bachelor's degree.
